Default Liverpool v Man United: Time to stop the rot

Big, big game on Saturday. A loss would be near catastrophic at this point for both our league position, gap to the top two and our confidence. Mourinho is no mug, so he will know how to play us.

I always feel we can step it up in the big games, but I am pretty worried about this one. Not sure how our guys are going to feel after the internationals.

    Dave's team:

    Mignolet

    TAA Matip Lovren Moreno

    Milner Can

    Salah Coutinho Mane

    Firmino

Atkinson is the ref. He sent off Gerrard after 38 seconds that time. Right decision.

But what I have found interesting is that he’s reffed the fixture 3 times.

    3 United victories.

    We’re due!

And it looks like Mane is out due to a pulled hammie.

No bueno at all that news.

Hendo has been absolute pants so far this season, but I guess he slots back into my side.

I see the bookies have this as a draw or a slight edge to United. Let’s see how well Klopp and the squad have this Fortress Anfield thing working.

Park the bus and hit them in counter-attacks.

Ooops. Posted to the wrong forum.

If united were going to get 3 points, I would rather they work hard and earn it, than our leaky defense gift it to them.

I just don't think having two center backs all by themselves are enough. We need one additional player stay home and help out at all times.

With Mane out, how about switching our one-foot-wunder to the left side and see if it works out better? (Do I get a red card for saying that?)
