    So, does anyone else think that Terry, Lampard and Ferdinand can go sing. I'm all for giving the youngster a go and I definitely don't think any of the above overtly deserve their places back, especially with their "miraculous" recoveries yet again in time to play for their clubs.

    Also saw at the bottom of Sky Sports News ticker earlier that Ferdinand wants to be England Captain again. Why the hell should he have it back now that everything is cushy and England are winning again? Never should have been captain in the first place with the history of a drugs ban. (don't get me started on the sicknote, MIA when on the field and general over ratedness)

    Sorry for the odd-seeming bump but while looking for info on the next round of the Youth Cup on The FA's website, I see that the England senior side is playing Ghana in a friendly at Wembley on March 29.

    Who's going? Seriously, I pray that game is shown over here but for those of you over there, sounds like a *great* night out to me.

    SP, Can you ask him what's his opinion on Suarez playing for us since he caused his beloved Ghana not to make it to the semi-finals of the World Cup?

    Is anyone actually attending the match tomorrow? Am genuinely curious!

    And old news by now probably but Carroll's slated to start.

    Capello is losing the plot I think.

    Every interview gets worse.

    [URL="http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9439175.stm"]

    In particular "I spoke with him, in private". In private? So I'm guessing you want us not to tell anyone? Oh sh*t, your the media. Oops.

    And "How many languages do you speak?" Erm, I'm in England, we speak English, you are the manager of the English National team. If you were the Spanish manager I wouldn't be asking you about your English.

    D*ckhead.

    I'll watch the game tonight only to get a look at Andy Carroll. Hoping he gets a bit more match fitness but it the game passes an hour and he's still on the field I'll be annoyed. I suspect he'll play the full 90 knowing Capello.

    DR did you send Capello a death threat? LOL - both LFC lads off now GJ at the half and Carroll at nearly 59 minutes.

    I was over Capello this time last year. I blame the FA, truthfully, IMHO most behavior off the pitch and unrelated to football should remain there, unless we are talking about actual bodily harm or drugs. I'm not a JT fan but he never should have been stripped in the first place and Rio NEVER should have even been considered. The point now is that Gerrard says he was contacted beforehand about the JT captaincy, is Rio ignoring phone calls from the English FA? What a twonk.

    Also is Rednapp trying to fiddle the English and Wales insurers?
