    Default US v Brazil - Aug. 10, 2010

Anyone else on here heading out to the Meadowlands tonight?

Think we're in 129 somewhere, would be happy to possibly meet for a prematch beverage depending on where you might be.....

Looking forward to the game. To the heat and to the commute out there - not so much!

I'll be heading over, I think I am in 124.

Are you planning on getting there early?

Gonna be a hot and steamy one for sure. Hope Lucas plays and really looking forward to seeing Neymar, Robihno, Ganso, and Pato. Plus David Luiz at the back.

Think we'll be getting there a little after 6pm with any luck. Got a "banner" to hang....

    PM'ing you.

Good game - U.S. played pretty well but once again couldn't do enough in the final 3rd. I didn't find Brazil 'overly' spectacular but were certainly clinical when it counted and some lovely moments here and there.

Thought Lucas did very well but he was given all the time in the world to pass the ball. If/when he and his forwards become more familiar with each other, watch out.

New Meadowlands - very nice though how do you run out of hotdogs at one stand 30 mins before kickoff?

Per usual, transportation to/from the stadium sucked major hairy donkey *****. Seems like no one who went - whether by train, bus or car - emerged unscathed. Unless LFCNY (or LFC, natch) are playing there again anytime soon, I certainly won't be going out there. Simply horrible.

Lucas certainly looked steady and I thought Brazil were quite good. They seemed more eager than the USA who at times watched as Brazil were just string passes together.

I was in section 240 which had some lounge at the back of it. The Stadium looks very nice.

We had issues getting the train back. Huge crowds. But we always were so I did not feel too bothered about that.

Going there was decent, although we did get the 5.03 train from Penn so that was nice and early.

The traffic looked a mess heading out, so glad I did not drive even if I got home very late.

I do not see how any thing can help transport issues, with that many people heading back to NJ, NYC and beyond.

Anyone heading to the USA v Argentina game on Saturday night.

No the greatest place to get to or leave, but the chance to see Messi could not be missed.

Hopefully the USA play better than they did against Brazil or they could in for a long night.
