Default CL final - Athens pics

Here's some pics from the Athens CL final. Better late than never...

These are the pics of Jack where his eyes are actually open.... hehe

The random guys are a bunch of scousers who gave me lots of beers on the train ride to the stadium. If you guys ever see this, thanks for the beer!

Great pictures, Mike - thanks for posting these; looks like a great time. Who's the fella in the 3rd picture in the AC/DC shirt? Anyone we should know?

    And the stadium looked awesome.

    Connie, Island,
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. In fact, I just finished the race yesterday, hence my absence. Actually, had a great time on the day, and look forward to re-establishing on the crush barrier sooner now rather than later... what with college football coming to an end and all.
Nice pics Mike, well done. The guy in the AC DC shirt was an employee of the excellent place we ate at that afternoon. They treated us well.
    See you all soon,

Excellent - meant to look in the Times to see when you finished - don't think they were still running updates as of yesterday! Hope it went well. Did (newish) Papa Steve B. run as well?

And yes, look forward to seeing you on the crush barrier very soon - certainly hope you can make the Xmas do on the 8th at the least.

Yes, Stevie B ran as well.
As of right now, it is my intention to make the Christmas event and hopefully make it down that following week for the Marseille match.
See you then with details on all.
