Lots of places show the games these days…the old Fadó has closed so don't go there. The Rose and Crown is full of Mancs etc, I always avoided that place, but there is a pub in Henderson if you have transport, called Shakespeares, which is owned by the old Fadó GM. Tell Ian there Matt and Daniella sent ya.

My idea was to build Liverpool into a bastion of invincibility. Napoleon had that idea and he conquered the bloody world! And that's what I wanted. For Liverpool to be untouchable. My idea was to build Liverpool up and up and up until eventually everyone would have to submit and give in.

New guy here from Southport, UK! just down the road from Liverpool! DIE HARD FAN!! I've been a season ticket holder for the past 7 years!

I'm on holiday In New York in 2 weeks and will need somewhere to watch the Liverpool v Arsenal match! Any recommendations around the Times Square area?.. I know it'll be early, but i need to see it

I'm off To Electric Zoo Festival during the day so I'll need to sink a few beers for that and hopefully be celebrating a win!

Hi, will be in NYC and plan to sneek away from a mtg to catch next Thursdays game against Udinese. Looking forward to saying hello if anyone else is inspired by such a mighty fixture.
Staying in Times Square - if I read the above correct it sounds like 20 minutes by cab?

Quicker (and cheaper!) A, C, E downtown to 14th St., L to 1st Ave. Leg it from there to 11th St. Hit the trains right and you could do it in 15. Cab during a weekday could be 30-40+ mins.

This is great. Thankyou. I will.
But say I had a friend who was a bit 'countryish' or 'midwestern' and had to explain this to them, how would I best do that so he actually undertood clearly what you just said?
