    Default Real Madrid v Barcelona

I have started this thread in order to replace *that* team from the main board.

Barcelona will be one of the our main rivals on the road to Paris. Anyone watching this game this weekend?

Hadn't realized it was on, but it's one of my favorite games to watch as a neutral. Is it on TV?

It's a GOL tv live show.

2 pm on Saturday. The Spanish bar restaurant on 14th Street between 7th and 8th will be showing it.

And who will you be cheering for? General Franco's outfit or the Catalan people's club?

Barca already 1-0 up as Messi makes an unchallenged 30-yard run to set up Eto'o for the goal. Madrid totally asleep.

3-0 - #2 and 3 from excellent solo Ronaldinho efforts. Again, unimpeded runs on the left neatly slotted away (though he could easily have laid off to Eto'o for Barca's 2nd). Madrid absolutely hopeless today!! Entire outclassed and outplayed.

    A brilliant day all around!

Ronaldhino's the man. So far ahead of everyone else it's ridiculous. He's playing an entirely different sport from the rest of the world. Sorry Jose, but Lampard's a joke comparatively.
A perfect way to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Generalissimo's death- the first nail in the coffin of Franco's fascistas 2006 season.

Someone recently made a comment about Eto'o being average or worse. I can't find the link but would refer back to his numerous goals this season, including a perfect hatrick against Panathanikos and another good finish yesterday. He ran Helguera and the expensive Ramos ragged.

Ronaldinho and Messi were also top class, it was stange watching as you would have thought they were playing amatuers. Zidane and BEckham were powerless.
