All clubs, even for an organisation with such simple goals as ours, require a few people to help them tick-over. To help you track down these people, this page has task descriptions for each of our committee members. Click on someones name to send them an email.

President - Daragh Kennedy

Daragh oversees all elements of running our club and is our direct contact with Liverpool Football Club, and other Liverpool supporters clubs around the world. He is also your main contact for obtaining tickets for home premiership games. Please check our LFC Tickets page of this website for more updated information. Daragh has organized eight successful group trips to Anfield, but due to new ticketing policies introduced by L.F.C. the future of these trips remains uncertain.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Daragh has lived in the U.S. for almost 18 years, and has been president of LFCNY since it's inception in 1995.

Vice President - Conor Brennan

From Ireland, but a Manhattan resident now, and a member of the Club since 1995, Conor is involved in the day-to day running of the Club. He helps Matt with the forums and is the driving force behind the podcast. His work also ensures a very smooth relationship with The 11th St. Bar, especially on game days, and he plays a large part in the design, distribution and sales of the Club T-shirt.

(By far the best looking member of the committee, Conor always has problems with women, drink and drugs, and as hard as he has tried he finds he cannot live without any of them, though the therapy has helped significantly. He finally understands what his inside voice is, but doesn't use it nearly as often as he should.)

Conor is the one to talk to if you have any questions about anything. Please try and ask only neccessary questions though. Most of the questions about our club can be answered by looking through the website and forums.

He also likes to talk, a lot!

Duncan McVerry - Treasurer

Duncan handles all our money. As a non-profit organisation we are not looking to make money, other than to put back into the club and make it the best it can be.

Duncan was born in Dublin (Dundrum) and moved to England (near Crewe, Cheshire) aged 7, hence the accent. He moved to NYC in 1999 and works as an FD for an ad agency, therefore he landed the role of LFCNY money man.

Webmaster - Matt Smith

You like how the site looks? The graphics? The layout? Well, that's just part of what Matt does. Our resident IT "expert", Matt designed and maintains the site and the ever increasingly popular forums. He also has a very large part in the Club T-shirt logo design every year. - and no, he didn't write this bio...

Matt joined LFCNY around 1999 after winning a signed away shirt in a club raffle. Originally from Bedford, UK he lived in Manhattan & Brooklyn before moving to Woodstock, NY. Living in the US for 9 years, moved to Las Vegas a year ago, where LFC Vegas is starting up!
